Shipping
Your order will ship once it has been manufactured, and the proof burn that we send you via email has been approved. We will email the proof burn to the email that you used for the order. We cannot ship an order without approval, so please be sure that our emails are not ending up in your spam folder.
Your shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the product you order, your location, and the carrier, and speed of service you select. On the shopping cart page, there is a shipping calculator that will give you prices for all the shipping options that are available, based on your ZIP or Postal code. The price that you pay at checkout is the final, actual price--we will NOT increase your shipping cost after you check out unless you request a change to expedited service.
Please note that all international packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, or other fees. We don't have control over these fees—they are calculated by each country's customs department—and, unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for them.
Please also be aware that international packages may be delayed due to customs. Feel free to email info@gearheartindustry.com if you have any other questions on this front!
Local pick up avaliable at 4080 E Post Rd, Unit C1, Las Vegas, NV 89120 - please corrdinate with the office team for pick up. Pick up avaliable between 10:00am - 2:30pm pacific Monday - Friday.
Returns & Warranty Policy
Before sending in any item for repair or service, customers must first contact us through our Contact Form.
A Gearheart team member will review your request and provide confirmation and instructions before you ship your branding iron.
Please do not send any items without prior approval.
Because each Gearheart branding iron is 100% custom-made and individually crafted, we do not accept returns.
Under rare circumstances, we may offer store credit for products that are unused and returned in their original packaging.
All shipping costs associated with repairs or warranty service are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the situation.
Warranty Coverage
Your branding iron is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage from drops, impacts, or physical trauma

Exposure to excessive heat (e.g., acetylene torches or open flames)

Misuse or improper handling

Normal wear and tear from regular use
If your iron is damaged in a way that isn’t covered under warranty, we can often repair or replace the affected components at a reasonable cost.
Please note: Disassembly of any electric branding iron will void the warranty.
